Fit for Life Plan

A series of 60min tailored personal training sessions to help you to improve all aspects of your fitness, including strength, endurance and flexibility.  As your fitness increases, so will the exercise intensity in a planned and progressive way so that the improvements will keep coming.  See my Personal Training page for full details of my approach to working with clients to help them to achieve their goals.

10 sessions cost £400 and are valid for 4 months from the time of purchase.  

This price includes an initial health assessment and my time in planning workouts between sessions to maximise the health and fitness benefits to clients.

Sessions take place in the client’s home/garden or in a local park.  

This price is valid for my travel to locations within 15mins of my home in Shalford (prices increase for longer journey times to the sessions).

Plant-powered Eating for Weight Loss

A course of 10 x 60min workshops to help clients to transition to a plant-based diet while losing body fat, improving their health, and enjoying delicious food along the way.  Please visit the Healthy Eating page for full details of the course and testimonials from clients who have already completed it.  

The 10 workshop course costs £300 for my personal training clients who are on the Fit for Life Plan.

The cost for clients who want to take the 10 workshops as a stand-alone course is £400

The price is for all 10 workshops, including a full food diary analysis in weeks 2 and 9, as well as 25 recipe cards with step-by-step instructions to cooking your own delicious plant-based meals and snacks.
