Plans and Prices

I offer two plans; Fit for Life personal training and Weight Loss Plus, which brings together exercise sessions and my Plant-Based Eating for Weight Loss course for maximum impact.

Weight Loss Plus Plan

A  comprehensive 10-week programme of nutritional guidance and personal training sessions focussing on weight loss.  

Sessions last for 105mins and are split between 60mins of exercise and 45mins of guidance on how to transition towards a whole foods plant-based diet, which has been shown to be optimal for weight loss and overall health. The diet workshops can be taken straight after the exercise session or at another time during the week, via Zoom, if that works out to be a more efficient use of time.

Reducing body fat is critical in preventing the development of the most common lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension and some cancers.  More recently it has been shown that overweight and obese people who have contracted COVID-19 have worse outcomes (hospitalisation, admission to intensive care, and mortality)  than people who are a healthy weight.  There has never been a more important time to get rid of that body fat.

10 sessions of the Weight Loss Plus Plan cost £650.

This comprehensive package includes analysis of a 1-week food diary followed by step-by-step practical nutritional guidance to take you from a situation where you are storing body fat to one where you are losing it, week in week out. 

Sessions take place in the client’s home/garden or in a local park.  

This price is valid for my travel to locations within 15mins of my home in Shalford (prices increase for longer journey times to the sessions).

Fit for Life Plan

A series of 1-hour tailored personal training sessions to help you to lose body fat and improve all aspects of your fitness, including strength, endurance and flexibility.  As your fitness increases, so will the exercise intensity in a planned and progressive way so that the improvements will keep coming. 

The health benefits of this type of regular exercise include reductions in the risk of developing diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and hypertension.  The physical challenges of everyday life will become easier as breathlessness reduces during physical exertion and your strength increases.

10 sessions cost £450 and are valid for 4 months from the time of purchase.  

Sessions take place in the client’s home/garden or in a local park.
